By accessing, registering for, or using this Haven server instance
(the “Service”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Work in Progress. This software is provided as-is,
in an active state of development. Features may be incomplete, unstable,
or subject to change without notice.
- No Warranty. The Service is offered without warranty of
any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Assumption of Risk. You voluntarily assume all risk
associated with your use of the Service, including but not limited to
data loss, service interruptions, security vulnerabilities, and any
consequences arising from communications conducted through the Service.
- Release of Liability. You agree to hold harmless the
developer(s), server operator(s), host(s), and any affiliated parties
(collectively, “Providers”) from any and all claims, damages, losses,
liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of
the Service.
- No Legal Advice. This agreement does not constitute
legal advice. If you require legal counsel, consult a licensed attorney.
- Data Handling. Messages, files, and user data stored
on this server are managed at the sole discretion of the server operator.
No guarantee of privacy, backup, or retention is made.
- User Conduct. You are solely responsible for your
conduct and any content you transmit through the Service. The server
operator reserves the right to remove content or restrict access at
any time for any reason.
- Acceptance. By checking the acceptance box and
continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood,
and agree to be bound by these terms.
